An industrial visit was organized on 16th October 2024 for the students of B.Tech CSE 3rd Year and B.Tech CSE Data Science 3rd Year from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad. The objective was to provide students with practical exposure to industry processes and introduce them to the latest technologies in the corporate sector.

The visit aimed to:
• Introduce students to advanced software tools and technologies, including SAP,Salesforce, ERP, Oracle, and Customer Portal.
• Familiarize students with how these technologies are applied in real-world industrial scenarios.
• Provide a tour of the manufacturing plant of C&S Electric Ltd to observe production and assembly processes.

Key Learnings and Experiences
1. SAP: Students learned about enterprise resource planning using SAP and how it integrates various business processes.
2. Salesforce: Students gained insights into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how Salesforce is utilized for managing customer data and sales operations.
3. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): The visit provided a basic understanding of ERP systems and their importance in integrating business processes across various departments.
4. Oracle: Students were introduced to Oracle technologies used for database management and enterprise solutions.
5. Customer Portal: Information was provided on how customer portals help companies improve customer support and engagement.
The students also visited the manufacturing plant of C&S Electric Ltd, where they observed the production process, automation systems, and quality control measures.
