The 19th Annual Convocation for awarding Degrees to the students of B.Tech and M.C.A who have passed the final examination in the academic year 2022-23, is being held on March 30, 2024 (Saturday) in the college campus at 10:30 AM.

PHYSICAL REGISTRATION

After online registration, the degree recipients will have to register physically on March 30, 2024 (Saturday) at the registration desk in the College campus between 08:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Physical registration is mandatory, failing which, the candidates shall not be allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony.

DRESS CODE

The Convocation robes shall be available on March 30, 2024 from 08:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on payment of security amount (refundable). You are requested to be formally dressed during the Convocation Ceremony. Boys must wear trousers with shirt tucked in and leather shoes. Girls are required to wear a Saree, Salwar Suit or Trouser. Any student dressed unceremoniously or casually shall not be allowed to enter the convocation hall.

Note:

• Both online and physical registration are mandatory to attend the convocation ceremony.
• All degree recipients must return their robes soon after the convocation ceremony.
