Programming Club, Department of Computer Science & Engineering had organized a Coding Contest “BIT CODERS” for the second year students of all branches of our college on 20th April, 2022 (Wednesday) from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in Computer Centre – I and CSE Labs, 3rd and 4th Floor, CS/IT Block. The contest was organized under supervision of Mr. Vikas Kamra, Asst. Prof. CSE Department and Faculty Coordinator, Programming Club on HackerRank platform with an aim to facilitate programming skills among second year students, so they can cater the demands of IT industry.

Total 164 students appeared in this contest. Top 03 winning students have been awarded Cash Prizes worth Rs. 4,500/- and top 15 students have been awarded Certificate of Excellence. 3rd Year Student Coordinators of this contest have been awarded Certificate of Appreciation. A valedictory function has been organized to distribute cash prizes and certificates to all the participants.

The event provided an opportunity for participants to learn new technologies. Overall this coding contest was beneficial and knowledgeable experience for all the participating students to learn more about computer programming skills and its applications.
