Two day FDP on Internet of Things was organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering & Department of Information Technology during 9-10 February, 2018. The FDP was conducted as an initiative to enrich the knowledge of faculty members through interaction with eminent personalities from industry.

Mr. Binit Kumar, Director, Morling Global Private Limited, enlightened the participants on the current trends in IoT. The subject was deliberated during the FDP through lectures and hands on experience sessions on topics including Components of IOT, DNA of IOT, Intelligence, Sensors & Actuators, Communication Protocol/Network, I2C, SPI, Introduction to Python, ARDUINO, IOT Data Communication and Wireless and Wired connectivity.

Total 39 participants from Departments of CSE, IT and TIFAC CORE attended the FDP and got benefited.
